Achieving emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being is a personal ambition of mine, and I am passionate about helping others attain their own goals. I will work to help you or your family achieve your goals and experience long-lasting change. Working together, we will empower you to transform your health and happiness and feel more fulfilled by your life. Together, we can take an integrated and holistic approach to what you feel is the missing piece to your overall well-being. With the proper emotional, relational, and nutritional support, you can feel better in ways that you had previously thought of as chronic and life-long problems.

My educational experience includes a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Lehigh University, and a Masters degree in clinical social work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. I trained and worked at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Outpatient Psychiatry Center and the Center for Cognitive Therapy in Philadelphia. For eight years, I worked as a certified clinical school social worker at Garfield Park Academy in Willingboro, NJ, where I specialized in managing the emotional and behavioral issues of children and adolescents.  From 2011 until 2017, I worked as a psychotherapist at the Associates of Springfield Psychological .  Currently, I am in full-time private practice.  I am licensed in both of the states of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.  I am able to provide counseling services to my Pennsylvania clients online through a HIPPA compliant video conferencing system.  All of my online clients enjoy being able to receive therapy from the comfort and convenience of their own homes.  In Massachusetts, I offer both in-office and video conferencing therapy for people's personal preferences.  The two practice locations that I offer in Massachusetts are at Darcy's Wellness Center in Natick, and  Dunsky Rehab and Spine Center in Framingham.

Ongoing education, trainings, and supervision are important to me in order to keep current and dynamic as a practitioner. I have specific training in several types of therapy, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness,

trauma sensitive yoga, and nutritional interventions. The orientation of treatment is tailored to each individual based on his/her specific treatment objectives. Additionally, I have been trained and certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, which is a model where horses are incorporated into the therapeutic process.  I conducted Equine Assisted Psychotherapy at Garfield Park Academy from 2006 through 2017, and currently am available for animal assisted therapy sessions in Medway, Massachusetts.

In April of 2016, I graduated from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in order to better service those I work with in a more holistic manner.  Not only am I well-versed in nutritional health, but I have specialized in learning about how food directly influences mood, ADHD, autoimmune diseases, and hormonal issues.  The wide variety of institutions and people with whom I have worked, has given me diverse experience with individuals and families of all ages, educational and socio-economic backgrounds, races, ethnicities, religions, and sexual orientations.
